Foster homes are the heart of our rescue and allow us to provide birds with a safe, loving environment while they prepare for their forever homes.

This form is a foster request and does not guarantee approval. It helps us learn more about you, your home, and the type of bird you may be a good match for.

If we believe you're a good fit, we'll contact you to schedule a brief virtual meet-and-greet. If approved, you'll complete and sign our Foster Agreement when you pick up your foster bird.

I understand that I am responsible for providing an approved diet for my foster bird at my own expense. Little Loud Soul Bird Rescue will provide available supplies, such as cages, perches, toys, and other equipment, based on inventory and the bird's needs.

I understand that Little Loud Soul Bird Rescue is a flight-first rescue. Our birds remain flighted whenever safely possible, and wings will not be clipped while in foster care. I agree not to clip or have my foster bird's wings clipped.

Once your application is submitted, our team will review it and contact you if we'd like to move forward. Approved applicants will be invited to complete a virtual meet with us before being matched with a bird based on the rescue's needs and the best fit for your home.
