Adoption Request FormAdoption Request Thank you for your interest in adopting from Little Loud Soul Bird Rescue! Our goal is to find the best possible match for both our birds and their future families. Please complete the application below as thoroughly and honestly as possible. We review every application carefully and will contact you if we'd like to move forward with the adoption process.Location & Adoption Radius Little Loud Soul Bird Rescue is a home-based rescue located in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. We do not have a public facility, and all meet & greets are scheduled by appointment only. We currently adopt to families in Ohio and the surrounding states of Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Kentucky, Indiana, and Michigan. We do not ship birds or arrange transportation. All adopters must travel to Northeast Ohio to meet their bird and complete the adoption in person. Please keep the travel distance in mind before applying. We want our birds to stay within a reasonable distance so we can continue to be a resource for them and their families after adoption.First NameLast NameAddressAddress Line 1Address Line 2CityStateZip CodeEmailPhone numberIs it okay to text you at the number above? Why Proper Diet Matters Good nutrition is the foundation of a healthy parrot. A balanced diet of quality pellets, fresh vegetables and other nutritious whole foods helps support healthy feathers, organs, bones, energy, and immune function. LLS Tip: Seeds and nuts make great treats, but for most parrots, they should not be the main diet. Variety and balance are key! Do you currently have a cage? Yes No, but I'm willing to buy one No, and I'm not willing to buy one Why an Air Purifier Matters Parrots have extremely sensitive respiratory systems. An air purifier with a true HEPA filter can help reduce airborne dust, dander, feathers, and other particles, improving air quality for both your bird and your household. LLS Tip: Choose a bird-safe purifier that does not produce ozone or use an ionizer. Air purifiers help improve air quality, but they do not make smoke, aerosols, fragrances, or fumes safe to use around birds. Yes No I have questions or concerns I would like to discussHave you clipped a bird’s wings in the past? If yes, please explain why and whether you would consider doing so again. Why Flight Matters Flight is a natural and important part of a parrot’s physical and emotional well-being. It provides exercise, confidence, independence, coordination, and mental stimulation while allowing birds to express one of their most natural behaviors.
